You’ll complete a quick intake form, and our team will personally match you with 1–2 certified Family Virtual Assistants who best fit your family’s unique needs. We’ll handle the vetting, including optional background checks, and guide you through every step to make onboarding smooth and stress-free.
This is a true white-glove experience for busy families who don’t have time to search, interview, and hope for the best. All you need to do is choose your perfect match, we’ll take care of the rest.

Concierge Membership is for families who don’t have the time to hire and want us to do the work for them—we personally match you with the FVAs who best fit your needs (you also get directory access if you want to browse on your own).

No problem. The Grid isn’t about “one and done.” You’ll have ongoing access to the directory, so you can connect with another certified FVA at any time as your family’s needs change.

FVAs aren’t housekeepers, nannies, or in-person childcare providers. They are trained to handle the mental load—the scheduling, logistics, and admin work—so you can focus more on your family.
